Returns

Due to the nature of our products being food items for dogs, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Refunds

We aim to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Refunds may be offered in the following cases:

You received a damaged item

You received the wrong product

Your order did not arrive

If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Pre-Orders

As we currently operate on a pre-order basis, all orders are prepared in advance.

Please note:

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after the pre-order window has closed

This is because ingredients and materials are purchased and prepared based on order volume

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the pre-order window is still open

After this time, cancellations may not be possible
